Emperor Penguins - AT CASEY!!!
Too exciting for words, these are a few juvenile emperor penguins that we happened to come across while out on a quad ride near Browning Peninsula! This is unusual for Casey as they are not usually seen around these parts! Have i mentioned how lucky i think that i am?? Well... let me say it again, i am SO lucky!
View from the summit of Teigan Island and near a cool iceberg
We climbed to the summit of Teigan Island. it is a short steep scramble up a rock face, reasonably easy but after the long dark winter months reared up to show themselves in the form of unfitness! It was so fun though.
