Part of the parcel of living in a small isolated community is the fact that not only do you live together, work together, socialise together, but you also eat together and that means large scale kitchen/mess facilities. Here is a photo of the setup we are using for the winter. With only 19 people here for the winter it is a little more intimate than in summer with tables enough for 80 people!
