Now with winter rapidly approaching, the days are getting much cooler and the melt lake out the back of the redshed has frozen over. This was appealing to a few of us to go and test out some of the sets of ice skates here on station. It proved to be a very scary, but fun day. Keep in mind that when you go to a rink you can do a few laps with the safety of the wall. there is no wall on a melt lake!! VERY fun indeed.
