Volleyball in the greenstore
Many people send me questions such as "what do you do in your spare time?". Funnily enough, there is not a whole lot of spare time here at Casey. Every bit of spare time is filled with various activities whether it be a walk over to Reeve's Hill or kite-flying, or going to the gym (okay i don't do that all that often!), going to the spa whatever. Every now and then we hit the greenstore - which is where all the station stores and supplies are kept in ambient temperature (could be anywhere between -2 to 5 degrees inside depending on the season) - for a spot of volleyball. A net is strung across the store from the science freezer containers to the motorised racking and voila... a volleyball court! Plans are in motion for basketball to be added to the greenstore courts!
